A Program Lead has been appointed to design and deliver the program in 2024.

  • Develop a localised strategy to enable young people at risk in Townsville to connect, create and learn through the arts, and to improve future pathways to education and employment.
  • Deliver arts sector workforce development and training to maximise the potential of the arts sector, develop readiness to engage and demonstrate impactful delivery.
  • Create long-term, cross-sector partnerships and open up potential for growth statewide and into wider youth service delivery.
